Privacy

Information you submit

We store your business name, category, location, description, products and services, logo, contact email, optional phone and website, and the time you accept our rules.

Public and private details

Approved profiles display business details, logos, optional street addresses, public business emails, phone numbers and websites. Your contact email is available only to site administrators. Logo files are stored in WordPress media; uploaded file URLs can be accessible before profile approval. Do not upload confidential material.

Operating the directory

We use your submission to review, publish and maintain your listing and contact you about it. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification data to help prevent automated submissions. A temporary hashed network address is used for submission rate limits for one hour. A hashed submission fingerprint is retained for one day to prevent repeat submissions. Hosting providers may retain access logs under their own policies.

Corrections and deletion

Contact the site owner to request access, corrections, or deletion of your profile and logo. Administrators should delete both the listing and its media when fulfilling a deletion request. Any backups follow the hosting provider’s retention policy.
